From Enquiry to Certificate

We review your request

Our team assesses your kitchen type, system size and service requirements. Photos help us quote accurately without a site visit.

You get a written quote within 24 hours

Itemised and no-obligation. Quoted prices remain valid for one year from the date of issue.

We book around your trading hours

After-hours and weekend work is available so we don't disrupt service. We'll confirm access requirements before the day.

You receive your compliance certificate

Issued on completion of a full system clean, along with before-and-after documentation for your insurer and council.

Before we arrive

Please make sure staff on duty know about the booking, and that burners and pilot lights are switched off at least 2 hours beforehand. If surfaces are too hot to work on safely, or our team is turned away on arrival, a call-out fee applies.

Clear cooktops and benches, and cover anything that can't be moved.
If your canopies have automatic fire suppressors, arrange for them to be isolated before we arrive.
Duct riser anchor points must have a current test certificate before work can commence.
